We’ve been collecting Joe Dennis’ recipes and sharing them with you every month through our MVHNews Online e-newsletter.  Can’t remember where to find that old recipe?  Don’t worry, they’re all cataloged here:

  • Sweet Deviled Eggs – A little sweet pickle makes this recipe something people will remember.  A devilish delight that’s sure to get their attention. (April 19, 2011)
  • Chocolate Truffles – just in time for Valentine’s Day.  Nostalgia Farms’ Joe Dennis shares an easy-to-make and delicious recipe for this chocolate-y treat.  (February 8, 2011)
  • Christmas Eve Oyster Stew – Nostalgia Farms’ Joe Dennis takes an old family recipe and spices it up a bit for the holidays.  (November 20, 2010)
  • Gingersnap-coated Ham – A family favorite of Nostalgia Farms’ Ed Kraklio, this recipe gives a ham a tender-on-the-inside/crispy-on-the-outside texture that compliments the mix of savory herbs.
  • Gingersnaps – Joe Dennis’ own recipe for gingersnap cookies – a favorite down at the Farmer’s Market and throughout the holiday season.  (November 11, 2010)
