Pumpkin cheesecake pie

The greatest thing about this cheesecake is that you can make it in a pre-made graham cracker crust pie shell available now in all grocery stores. Nothing like saving a little time during the holidays. This is my sister Julie’s favorite holiday treat. – Joe

Nostalgia Farms’ Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients:
12 oz soft cream cheese
2 eggs
¾ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup canned pumpkin puree
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon clove

Directions:

1. In electric mixer beat cream cheese till fluffy, add sugar and mix well, beat in eggs one at a time.

2. Add rest of ingredients and mix well

3. Pour into crust in pan: bake at 375 40-45 minutes until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.

4 Refrigerate several hours or overnight

5. Served with fresh whip cream
