Seven layer bars

One of the easiest bar cookies to make, and always a hit at farmers market and on any Christmas dessert table. – Joe

Nostalgia Farms’ Seven Layer Bars

Ingredients:
½ cup melted butter
1 ½ cup crushed graham crackers
½ cup coconut
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
½ cup chopped walnuts
1 14 oz can sweet condensed milk

Directions:

1. In an 8x 10 inch baking dish, simply layer in order given and bake in a 350 oven 25-35 minutes until browned on top.

2. Take out of oven; while still hot sprinkle an additional ½-1cup coconut on top.

3. Let cool 5 minutes and run a knife around edges.

4. Let cool completely and cut into two inch squares then into triangles for the perfect finger food.
